• When I implement the system do I need to install any software or have any specific hardware available?
• No installation is required by you. Being browser-based, DINAMIKS LITE is not installed on any of your hardware. All that is required is for you to have internet access, a browser, email address and the freely available Adobe Flash Player browser plugin*.
• Once I purchase DINAMIKS LITE, how quickly will I have a working system?
• Within 48 hours of receiving your payment you will receive an e-mail inviting you to sign-on and customise your new instance of DINAMIKS LITE. There is no lengthly consultancy and associated hidden fees involved. With its in-built tutorials you should be able to start scheduling appraisals in less than an hour.
• Is the system easy to use?
• DINAMIKS LITE has been designed to be very simple to use. In-built wizards guide staff through each process according to industry best-practices, resulting in clear and measurable objectives that are aligned to your Business Goals.
• What are the advantages of a web-based system like DINAMIKS LITE?
• Staff and Managers will be able to access the system from any location that has a PC and web-browser any time of the day or night. With its set of analytic reports LITE will ensure visibility, and automated e-mail reminders will ensure objectives are constantly being addressed.
• Can I implement DINAMIKS LITE if I do not have any Performance Appraisal system currently?
• Yes, DINAMIKS LITE contains a flexible Performance Appraisal form and an in-built process that will give you all you need to introduce a full Performance Appraisal process.
• If I currently have a paper-based Performance Appraisal process, how easy will it be to move to a web-based process?
